The video is about the implementation in Lisbon with around 40 participants from Portugal, Mozambique, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea, Angola and Ukraine. They discovered swimming, taekwondo, judo, rhythmic, acrobatic gymnastics and basketball. All the classes were on the club premises
