The training program for sports coaches and volunteers includes the following learning modules:
Module 1: Introduction to the course. The role of sports coaches for social inclusion of migrant children.
Module 2: Socio-psychological portrait of children in migration
Module 3: Intercultural competence of sports coaches.
Module 4: Pedagogical and Motivational Guidance on Inclusive Sport
Module 5: How to work with the families of migrant children
The way and methods of the implementation of the training program have been different for every pilot site, taking into account particularities of the local context, types of sport that have been proposed for local pilot activities, the professional trainers who have developed the training sessions…. It has allowed us to develop diverse approaches to the training curriculum and teaching methods that will be compiled later into project MOOC.
In this deliverable, there’s a compilation of the training program developed for the different partners, taking into account the main characteristics.
